Our beliefs
Our beliefs about how and why people act and react are crucial in the choice of our learning approaches. IMSL training programs are designed based on the following beliefs about people and learning:
People learn when they actively engage in the learning process.
People only pick up skills they think they'll actually need.
When someone puts a new skill to use, that is when they learn.
People must understand why they are learning something.
