The Institute was inaugurated by Her Royal Highness Ashi Sonam Dechen Wangchuck, joined by other distinguished guests including the current Prime Minister of Bhutan, Dr. Lyonpo Lotay Tshering, Bhutan's first female minister, Ex-Lyonpo Dorji Choden, Lyonpo DN Dhungyel, Lyonpo Jigme Zangpo and others.
